Communities Foundation of Texas’ ninth annual North Texas Giving Day 2017 is back on September 14!
This year, on Thursday, September 14, 2017, HOPE Farm is participating in Communities Foundation of Texas’s North Texas Giving Day 2017, a one-day, online giving extravaganza. The mission of HOPE Farm is to provide guidance for at-risk boys to become Christ-Centered Men of Integrity and North Texas Giving Day helps us provide even more services to these boys.
Last year, more than 2,500 organizations in 16 counties came together to celebrate North Texas Giving Day and raised over $37 million. Since 2009, North Texas Giving Day has inspired giving from around the world, resulting in increased donations and services provided in North Texas. We invite you to join the movement and help us reach our goal of $30,000 on September 14.

More About HOPE Farm
There are currently more than 50 boys participating in our program. Learn more about Darvern.
While there are many organizations and individuals that provide opportunities to vulnerable inner city boys and moms, with nearly 30 years of experience with boys in Fort Worth, we’ve learned that it is important to be intentional and consistent in all that we do.
Our unique work addresses:
The Spirit through character building, bible study & prayer as well as..
The Mind through reading, language, computers, math, music & critical thinking and also…
The Body through training and conditioning, nutritious meals & organized athletic activities.
Because HOPE Farm is an active community partner and through annual events like our Fall Festival, Spring Basketball C.L.I.N.I.C., and partnerships with The Fort Worth Symphony, and The Van Cliburn Foundation, we are able to impact hundreds of community members each year.
We also work daily with each child’s mother/caretaker and teachers in order to maintain accountability and consistency.
Recognizing the importance of a collective effort, HOPE Farm has a partnership parenting curriculum provided through our Moms Resource Program (MRP). It assists the moms of HOPE Farm boys with spiritual development, inspirational encouragement and provides structural tools to help them partner with HOPE Farm.
