HOPE Farm Responds

HOPE Farm RespondsCovid-19 has changed everything including the way HOPE Farm serves our families. From March to May, 2020, we provided meals, supplies, technology, and virtual programming. In July we were able to offer a virtual summer camp and delivered lunch and DIY supplies daily for three weeks. When school started in September, we opened our doors from 7:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday (with a day off on Wednesday for deep cleaning) to help our boys with their online learning. This endeavor has involved close contact with teachers and schools to establish schedules, connectivity, and to troubleshoot technology challenges. As schools have opened, many of our boys have returned and on October 19, we began our after school program once again – masked and safely distanced of course. As we attempt to create a safe space for our boys to learn and grow, we are content in knowing that we are following God’s plan and certainly “all things are possible!” (Matthew 19:26)
